Stunning, Detailed, and Highly Unique Sterling Silver Centerpiece made by Buccellati, with mermaid riding a wave-shaped chariot. The shaped base is home to sea and clam shells, mussels, dolphin, coral, sea urchin, fish, sharks, and swordfish. The mermaid’s chariot is pulled by flying fish and has an octopus, sea otters, starfish, a turtle, and a lobster decorating the edge. Sterling silver, Milan, Italy, 20th century.
