Antique French Color Change Sapphire Intaglio Ring. Refined French platinum and unheated color change oval sapphire ring. Changes from bluish violet to bluish purple; accompanied with certificate from American Gemological Laboratories ensuring the stone is natural and unheated. Stone features a wonderful full coat of arms intaglio in French platinum mounting. Unheated color change sapphire and platinum, France, circa 1890.
