Exceptional Gold and Sapphire Cameo Etruscan Revival Pendant. Gold and sapphire cameo Etruscan Revival pendant also set with ruby and unheated sapphire gemstones with AGL certificate. Beautifully carved cameo of a maiden set between two mythological creatures (dragons) set beneath an Etruscan revival bale. Must be seen to be appreciated. Italy, circa 1860.
