Vivid Yellow Sapphire and Diamond Ring. Vivid unheated octagonal step-cut sapphire of 8.05 cts set in between tapered diamonds into a platinum and 18K gold ring. The sapphire is an incredibly lovely stone that must be seen! With a certificate from The Gemological Institute of America. Sapphire, diamonds, platinum, an 18K gold, sapphire from Sri Lanka, Ring USA, 1970-1980s.
