When the weather gets cold, the cold take in art! (At least, that seems like the best plan.)

NYC-ARTS has put together a detailed list of the NYC museums offering free – or pay-what-you-wish admission. You may not be able to wish the weather away, but it is comforting that when it’s punishing, you can duck into any of the museums on that list and experience culture, at low – or even no – cost.
