Superb Vintage 1950s Michelsen Denmark Sculptural Modernist Sterling Candelabrum
1950s handmade sterling silver 6 candle candelabrum designed by the Danish architect Ib Trier Morch for Anton Michelsen. A superb example of mid century Danish modern design by one of Denmark’s top designers of the period. Measures 6.50″ at highest point by 11″ wide by 9″ deep , and weighs 920 grams or 29.50 troy oz. Antique Scottish, Sterling Silver Hallmarked, Large 3 Piece Tea Set. George III Edinburgh 1813. All Pieces Are In Excellent Condition With Clear Hallmarks. The Body With Half Fluted Decoration, Each Piece Standing On 4 Ball Feet. The Tea Pot Lid With A Flush / Invisible Hinge, And A Fluted Finial To Match. The Sugar & Creamer With Gilt Interiors. All Pieces Have A Small Italic ‘H’ Initial Hand Engraved, As Shown In The Last Picture. The Creamer & Sugar Were Made By Silversmiths WC PC – William & Patrick Cunningham.
